Several years after most of us graduated from various universities, one of the original TM members was hired by Blizzard as a programmer and still works there at the current time.  The Mafia was formed once again during WoW’s Alpha phase.  The guild quickly established itself as a formidable PvP force during WoW’s Closed Beta phase.  Entering retail, the guild, once numbering only 15-20, evolved into a end game raiding guild.

The Mafia quickly established itself as one of the most successful raiding guilds on Frostwolf.  TM was one of the only 4 original guilds on the server to kill a pre-nerfed Magmadar (along with SotH, SP, HT).  We were also the 3rd horde guild to down Onyxia (behind Soth & SP).  The Mafia was the 3rd horde guild to down Ragnaros.  We were also the 3rd horde guild to down Razergore in addition to being the 3rd horde guild to slay Nefarian.  Mafia claimed the first Frostwolf server Hakkar kill.  We’ve had a few server first kills and are currently one of the 3 top tier raiding guilds on Horde.

The Mafia’s WoW division remains active in the raiding and arena scene in Wrath of the Lich King.
