The Mafia’s Code of Conduct and Policies:

The Mafia is quite diverse on many fronts.  We have quite a few female gamers, are comprised of many different ethnicities, and tolerate those of all types of sexual orientation.    Most of our guild members are 21+ with over 75% of the guild being 25 years or older.  We’re all kids at heart since we play various games. However, we believe in fostering a healthy gaming atmosphere.  Those who exhibit poor attitudes or annoying behavior will be promptly removed.

TM members are not permitted to:

• Make racist, homophobic, or sexist remarks or insults.
• Swap account information with anyone else outside of The Mafia.
• Discuss guild issues/tactics/strategies with non guild members. Our dirty laundry, stay’s our dirty laundry. The tactics we’ve come to use have been the result of pain staking research, modification, and trial and error.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in an instant removal from TM.  There will be no warnings for any of the infractions committed above.

Every Mafia member is expected to:

• Help fellow members in need, even without anything in it for yourself, without the desire for recognition.
• Provide an enjoyable gaming experience to your fellow members. It helps no one if you’re always pessimistic or complaining at every moment about some aspect of the game. There’s no room in Mafia for those who promote racism, sexism, or are intolerent of someones sexual orientation (these include, but are not limited to, offensive terms such as racial slurs, sexist comments, or using terms negatively referring to sexual orientation ). Members have been booted without warning in the past due to blatant offensive remarks, though in most cases you will be warned. We have ethnicities of all types from all around the world and we would like to provide an appropriate atmosphere for all of us to enjoy.
• Put a priority on achieving guild goals and success over individual needs.  Those who are deemed to not be team players will be removed.  We’re quick to cut that type of cancer from our organization.  Our successes across various games have stemmed from our collective desire to make guild success our only priority.

General Ventrilo Guidelines

• Limit spam and unneccessary remarks on Ventrilo during operations/events.  We do not tolerate those who enjoy the sound of their own voice.
• Those who consistently whine, bitch incessantly, finger point someone else when its their fault, or use excessive l33t sp3ak to look “e-cool” will be disciplined, if not taunted for their idiocy and then kicked.

General Forum Guidelines

• Do not troll or start e-flame wars on public gaming forums; This includes server forums and official forums for whatever game TM is participating in.
• Follow the same Guidelines as stated for Ventrilo.

In Regards To Exploits

No Mafia member is to be take part in exploiting buggy game mechanics.   Those found exploiting in such a manner will be dealt with accordingly.  Punishment includes being removed from the roster of that specific game to possibly being removed from our gaming organization.
